During the school year, we hold Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the sanctuary, Monday through Friday, between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 10 a.m. (Open for Mass and Confession only)
Sunday Mass Times: 8:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (Open for Mass only)

Join us every other Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. for UNITE. It’s our main bi-weekly meeting for the whole student community, which includes prayer, fellowship, and faith-inspiring talks.

St. Lawrence Parish Life
God has blessed us at St. Lawrence Catholic Church and Newman Center. We are made up of resident parishioners who live, work, and raise their families in the area, and the University of Minnesota community. At St. Lawrence Catholic Church and Newman Center, we strive to make disciples of Jesus at the U of M by building transformative relationships and raising up leaders in the faith.
Recent statistics indicate that only 10% of Catholic students still attend Mass by the time they leave college. By living our mission at St. Lawrence Newman Center, we seek to give students a chance to change that statistic.
